Abstract Wearable | Link Prototype

Bayard Ewing Building, Providence, RI - 2021

RISD School of Architecture

Fall Studio led by Prof. Danniely Staback

This project examined the ability to think of a wearable as an abstraction of the site it occupies, seeking to make itself seen, known, hide while leaning from and taking advantage of cues, markers, and inherent orders the site possesses.

Throughout the day, the changes of the environments remind us of the life out of the studio. To have this wearable is to create a medium between outside and inside that people can engage in. Because without human interaction, the object has no identity.
