The pavilion is a social gathering space woven between trees. The lawn of the John Brown House is a perfect green space for retreat and inspiration. Bricks are used to form a connection with the site, and bamboo is used to soften the spatial boundary between nature and man-made. The pavilion aims to encourage relaxation while offering a space to contemplate the history of the John Brown House.
